Overview

As Wi-Fi becomes a critical asset for roaming and offload, mobile operators need to reconcile usage between subscribers and visited Wi-Fi networks.  The new WRiX (Wireless Roaming Intermediary Exchange) specifications provide a framework for managing relationships with various Wi-Fi network providers.
