Aidan Dillon joined Accuris Networks in 2003 where he currently oversees all of Accuris Networks as the CEO. Prior to joining Accuris Networks, Dillon headed the Mobile Networks Engineering division for IT services company LogicaCMG where he was responsible for the development and global deployment of both the Messaging and Mobility product lines. Dillon came to LogicaCMG via a merger with Aldiscon in 1997 where he oversaw its roaming, security and intelligent networking products business unit. Prior to that, he was a software engineer at Silicon and Software Systems (S3), a Royal Philips Electronics subsidiary. Dillon earned his bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering and a research master’s degree engineering science from University College Dublin in Ireland in 1987 and 1989, respectively.

Ian Smith came to Accuris Networks in 2003 and currently serves asthe vice president of engineering where he oversees the technical development and deployment of all products. Prior to joining Accuris Networks, Smith worked with Sema Group on the development of the short messaging service centre (SMSC) that sent the world’s first text message using the Vodafone UK network. He also worked with Aldiscon on developing the world’s first off-switch HLR for Hewlett-Packard Co., and designing a services platform for deploying GSM and CDMA solutions. While with Accuris, he developed the first inter-standard roaming platform. More recently he worked at LogicaCMG overseeing multiple projects including an SMS interworking system and a GSM roaming broker system. Smith holds a patent in inter-technology roaming.
Smith holds a bachelor’s degree in physics and computer science from Queens University in Belfast, Ireland.

Malachy McGuinness joined Accuris Networks in 2004 with 15 year’s experience in the telecommunications and utilities sectors. Prior to joining Accuris Networks, McGuinness worked for LogicaCMG as vice president of market development where he was responsible for the global market development of its Payments division. Prior to that he headed the Messaging Business Unit at Logica Mobile Networks where he was responsible for product management, marketing and business development of its messaging solutions. Between 1989 and 1995 McGuinness lived in Canada where he worked for MTS and Centra Gas. McGuinness received his bachelor’s degree in Computing from the University of Ulster in 1988.

David Guilmartin has been working with the Accuris Holdings Group (formerly Cladbourne Investment), since it was acquired from Eircom Plc in 2002. David has been involved in the growth of the Group's investor base, and its expansion internationally. David is responsible for all financial management, treasury and statutory compliance of the Group. David joined Accuris with over twelve years experience in a wide range of industries including telecoms with Altion Ltd (subsidiary of Eircom); aviation with Ryanair, CityJet(Air France), and also manufacturing with Cylon Controls a global supplier of BMS systems. David continues to works with a number of telecoms Companies in Ireland, and is actively involved with the Dublin branch of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Robert (Robbie) Ryan joined Accuris Networks in 2003 as principal architect where he overseas the design and development of new technology. Ryan came to Accuris Networks via an acquisition of Aldiscon by Logica, now LogicaCMG, where he was a lead systems architect and a member of the core design team for the messaging division. Prior to joining Aldiscon, Ryan was a design engineer with Critical Path, a leading provider of X.400 messaging solutions. Ryan holds a doctorate in chemistry and a graduate degree in science from the National University of Ireland.

Finbarr Coghlan is Head of Product Management at Accuris Networks.
He is responsible for the strategic direction of all Accuris products such as AccuROAM, AccuPROFILE and AccuGUARD.
Prior to joining Accuris Networks, Coghlan was COO of Voxpilot, an Irish company delivering IMS-Ready, VoiceXML and Video-In-VoiceXML technology to enterprises, integrators, carriers and service providers. An electronics engineering graduate of University College Dublin, Finbarr has 20 years’ experience of roles in software engineering, consulting and management roles in a number of telecommiunications technology companies, notably Motorola, Alcatela and Logica Aldiscon.
